Soaking
At Catch The Fire Barrie we place a high value on soaking in God's presence.
Soaking is simply a word we use to describe the practice of intentionally spending time in God's presence. This may look a little different for each person, but often involves listening to quiet worship music and resting in the presence and knowledge of our Father's great love for us.
God often reveals himself to us in these quiet moments by speaking to us or highlighting verses in the Bible that touch our hearts. We also return our love to our Father during these sweet times of rest by simply desiring to spend time with him without an agenda.
